Se anche voi avete un PC Alienware e non siete stati in grado di aggiornarlo a Windows 10 April Update, non temete, da oggi sarà tutto risolto!
Fino a qualche ora fa, Microsoft aveva introdotto una restrizione che non permetteva ad alcuni modelli Alienware di effettuare l’aggiornamento a Windows 10 April Update per motivi di incompatibilità. Tramite un comunicato pubblicato sul forum ufficiale però, un moderatore specifica che ora i seguenti modelli saranno finalmente supportati:

This error message previously appeared when attempting to install the April 2018 Update on any of the following Dell devices:
- Alienware 13 R3
- Alienware 15 R3
- Alienware 15 R4
- Alienware 17 R4
- Alienware 17 R5
Microsoft was previously blocking these models from installing the update due to a known incompatibility that may cause these devices to display a black screen after resuming from battery saver mode. This incompatibility has been resolved and the block for these models has been removed.
Windows Update will notify you when the April 2018 Update is ready for your device. Or you can check for the update manually by selecting the Start button, then selecting Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and then Check for updates.
