Sono emersi in rete alcune lamentele circa lo stato di salute di alcune batterie montate su alcuni modelli di Surface Pro 3.
Le batterie dei dispositivi Surface, sono costruite in modo da mantenere lo stato di salute, anche dopo molti cicli di carica, ciò vuol dire che le batterie possono essere caricate quotidianamente per circa 4,5 anni, e mantenere ancora l’80% della capacità dichiarata. Quello che alcuni utenti stanno lamentando quindi, è una cosa alquanto strana, sembrerebbe che i dispositivi siano stati spediti già con la batteria difettosa.

My wife’s Surface Pro 3 is about 18 months old, and we have seen the battery life just tank on it in the last 3 months. Running powercfg /batteryreport shows the following:

I spoke with support today, and even referenced the Reddit post that other’s have found about the $200 replacement for batteries, and they did not budge off their position that it would be $450 + tax to exchange this unit out of warranty. And they could provide no more than a 90-day warranty on the new replacement, no thank you!
Secondo il supporto, se il prodotto è in garanzia, Microsoft provvederà a sostituire la batteria, altrimenti, fuori garanzia, bisognerebbe pagare circa 200€ per la riparazione. Secondo sempre delle testimonianze, il supporto si è rifiutato di sostituire la batteria anche a fronte del pagamento della cifra sopraindicata.
Microsoft è a conoscenza del problema, quindi risolverà presto, in qualche modo, la situazione accontentando tutti i suoi clienti affezionati.

…e troverete il report nella vostra cartella utente
